Easing Vicodin Withdrawal

Change of perspective

Everyone will happen at least once to feel the cause of a disorder attributed to "stress problems." Have you ever wondered how the stress acting on the our physiology?
The most fascinating aspect of Ayurveda is its timeliness: recent advances in the medical and physical have been subject to detailed descriptions in ayurveda more than 5000 years ago.
Certainly the language is different, so returning to the issue of stress, let's see how they talk about Ayurveda then comparing the recent acquisitions in the medical field.

In Charaka Samita, the basic text of Ayurveda is called like this:
"As long as the channels you maintain normal body remains free from disease "
What are these channels to which you refer? Ayurveda calls them srota. This term comes from the root HRD which means "flow" flow. Our body is in fact composed of an infinite series of channels that are continually being crossed by hormones, neurotransmitters, immune system cells, materials, nutrients, waste products of metabolism. The srota therefore include all channels, from big ones such as the circulatory and lymphatic vessels, the respiratory tract and digestive tract, ureters and bladder, neuronal axons, those smaller channels, such as cytoplasmic and nuclear membrane pores. They form a dense network through which it makes possible the ability of different parts of the body communicate with each other through the constant exchange of chemical mediators, reaching every single cell of the body. In Ayurveda the functions of srota describes in detail how the alterations that may determine obstruction, excess or reverse the flow. If a problem arises in a communication channel is interrupted, the doshas accumulate in the body and tissues are damaged. Among the most common factors that damage srota there are imbalances in food, life sedentary or, conversely, excessive physical activity, but also negative emotions and mental concerns. These to name but a few. Is still in the so-called Charaka Samita " one who wants to protect the heart, the large channels and vitality should be avoided in particular the causes of affliction of the mind. He must practice a way of life beneficial to the heart and the vitality that keeps clean channel .... he must pursue the search for peace with commitment and knowledge "
The srota are decrypts as a bridge between body and mind, yet it is written
"For entities that are beyond the sensory perception, as the mind, the whole sentient body serves as a conduit and as a forum"
This role of connection seems to have been recently confirmed in neurophysiology with the discovery of neuro peptides , small molecules, such as those produced by the hypothalamus. Under the influence of emotions and thoughts, the hypothalamus processes neuro peptides that reach the pituitary gland through a network of canals thin, and they induce the release of powerful hormones that regulate the functioning of the entire system. So far everything is clear, even Descartes even despite its mechanistic view had identified in the pineal gland or epiphyses the connection between mind and body, but does not explain how he does not mind the physical act on the gland that is physical. How can a mental impulse of fear or joy trigger the activity of billions of neurons, neurotransmitters and immune system cells throughout the body?
Here our medicine is stopped.
The division of reality made by Descartes, which reflects the difference between subject and object, thought and object, mind and body, continues to strongly influence the perception of our everyday reality, and studies in the medical field. The modern quantum physics, however, has crumbled this vision: the world is made up of tiny "building blocks" materials, but an unbroken totality of which the particles that make up the solid world are just a byproduct. Physicists were forced to revolutionize everything and start again from the whole, rather than by the parties. We are beginning to recognize that consciousness in the universe is the force propelling the
Ayurveda, in fact well as a detailed description of the connection between the various systems of the human body, arises as the fundamental basis the connection that exists between our body (microcosm) and the set, by defining all "organizational intelligence" with which we maintain a continuing relationship of exchange and interaction. When this "stream of consciousness", as defined you stop the disorder and the disease take over, when in fact we are one with the spirit of things around us, peace reigns in our lives and health. The forms and phenomena of the universe, including the physiology must be framed in this light, it is necessary to implement a change of perspective and recognize that consciousness in the universe is the force that moves everything.
