Association Valpolicella wine route, established by decree of the Veneto Region No 2954, 29.10.2002, aims to promote and enhance the production area of \u200b\u200bValpolicella DOC.
La Strada del Vino is a new body, in which all categories of stakeholders can work together to discover and appreciate the potential of the territory through its local produce and the beauty it has to offer. The "wine route" is realized through a series of marked routes and advertised with special signs, along which to discover the natural, cultural and environmental, vineyards and wineries open to the public, restaurants and inns as well as facilities dedicated to hospitality.
The activities of the Association's objective is to facilitate the arrival and stay of tourists in Valpolicella and enthusiasts to discover wine, cuisine, heritage and environment of an area, including nineteen common especially in the hills , coming from Lessinia and comes to border on the Adige Valley to the west, south Verona and the wine production area of \u200b\u200bSoave to the east.
