How To Use Pulse Oximeter In Training

Rain and blues, thoughts of mid-August

It 'really nice to wake up one morning of rain so soon that he decided to take a trip downtown for the last shopping before departure, especially if the house is empty, you are completely alone and a nest egg by for the occasion. Breakfast with quiet (ahhh how long! Breakfast is sacred, for charity, but every day and 5 minutes away, run to work!) Lazy zapping on TV (I remember a beautiful summer mornings of 15-20 years ago .. When not flying out of a fly, and TV was a triumph of old cartoons and series such as "Little House on the Prairie", "Family Matters," "The Cosby Show," "Hazard," "Arnold" ... what happened to?) nothing good on TV August 14, 2010. Pours out so I decide to take the car, leave it on the avenues and me close to the center. Mingling with tourists (unique masters of the city) to admire the beauty of Florence under a leaden sky and down the streets off the path beaten by most tourists are deserted and the sound of rain on the cobblestones is the only one around in my birkenstock flowers (yes, those who hate you, Julia).

I find the last pair of shoes that I try for days (!) I buy a lot 'of books for long distances in meters of the coming winter in Tokyo (I take them from Italy, not Italian bookstores are down there, or at least I've never found a decent) and I make light of lavender bubble bath, then I stop at the restaurant "The Mandarin", my favorite in Florence, where lunch with rice jumped to the fruits sea \u200b\u200bvegetables and Chinese (Japanese 青梗 菜 chingensai), excellent as always.

It 's beautiful solitude, I saw a strong need to reorder our thoughts, organize, find advice in the silence, I have always loved long trips alone, walking aimlessly, even just to look absently passers-by and imagine their lives, what they do, where they go, what they think of me that I watch them with no apparent distraction ... tell me you are a voyeur! It 's a purely harmless hobby ... I do not believe that you do too!

Now I'm back, I had ice cream because I like cooking in the kitchen and in the darkness, lit only by the glare of the computer, listening to Ramblin '(Wo) Man by Cat Power sipping a cranberry juice. Tomorrow is August 15 and my dad and the twins return from their trip, the items will return to fill these rooms, so I enjoy the echoes of Cat Power in the silence of night is falling on this city.
